I’m Tony Fross, and I am a certified Coach with 30 years experience in moving up the ladder, shifting roles, re-creating myself, and helping others. The chameleonic nature of my career is less surprising when you learn that I started off as a Shakespearean actor.

I am the co-founder of the Organization & Culture practice at growth and transformation consultancy Prophet, where I help clients use our Human Centered Transformation Model as a lens for transforming their operating models, redesigning their organizations, and growing and engaging their talent.

My prior professional services experience includes pioneering work in digital, including building some of the world’s first corporate websites at digital agency THINK New Ideas, looking after the NYC Innovation Acceleration Lab at global digital consultancy Scient, leading the digital transformation practice at Capgemini Consulting, and launching Capgemini’s Applied Innovation Exchange in New York.

I also have firsthand experience of getting big things done from the inside, having spent eight years at Pfizer, where I helped to redesign the North American Business Technology organization and looked after global transformations in sales, marketing and commercial operations.
